Steve, born in Barnstaple, North Devon, experienced a challenging start in life but found faith just before his 19th birthday, leading him to Teen Challenge for support. Steve is married to Tina, and together they have three children. In 2021, Steve and Tina responded to God’s call to take over the pastorate at Carmel. Their mission is to help people of all ages—men, women, boys, and girls—develop a genuine and personal relationship with Jesus.
